Coffee machine not responding

The coffee machine is no longer responding.

The electrical plug is not plugged in.

Check whether the electrical plug is plugged into the appliance and socket.

The appliance’s power switch is not switched on.

Check whether the appliance’s power switch is switched on.

There could be a technical fault.

Switch off the appliance at the power switch in the appliance for approx. 1 minute and then switch it back on again.

If the fault persists, please contact us or book a repair appointment online.
