Fault F10

Fault F10 appears on the coffee machine display.

Water is not being taken in.

Remove the water container.

Fill the water container with fresh drinking water.

Reinstall the water container.

For appliances from serial number 152922013 onward:

  • Check the filter at the water intake valve. The water intake valve filter is located in the recess for the water container.

  • If the filter is dirty, clean it. Clean the filter with water only without cleaning agent in order to avoid possible unpleasant flavors.

  • Descale the coffee machine.

If the fault persists, please contact us or book a repair appointment online.
