When making coffee, only water comes out of the coffee spout instead of coffee.
Pour ground coffee into the relevant compartment to make this type of coffee.
Proceed as follows:
Switch off the coffee machine at the power switch.
Pull out the bean container.
Do not suck up any water.
Remove all coffee beans from the bean container. Use a vacuum cleaner if necessary.
Fill the container with new coffee beans. Then put the bean container back in the coffee machine.
Check the capsule magazine and insert a coffee capsule.

In order to remove coffee residues properly from the coffee grinder channel, vacuum out the ground coffee chute once a year with a vacuum cleaner attachment (supplied where applicable).
Clean the ground coffee chute as follows:
Open the appliance door and remove the ground coffee drawer.
Insert the vacuum cleaner attachment. Use the suction wand of your vacuum cleaner to vacuum out the ground coffee chute.
Remove the attachment and reinstall the ground coffee drawer.
Close the appliance door.
