Check if the breaker has tripped. Contact a qualified electrician or Miele Service (for the minimum protection rating, see the data plate).
Disconnect the cooktop from the electricity supply for approx. 1 minute by
turning off the relevant breaker or unscrewing the fuse completely, or
switching off the residual current device.
If the cooktop will still not switch on after the RCD or fuse has been turned on or reinstalled, contact a qualified electrician or Miele Service.
