Cooking zones will not switch on

The cooking zones on the induction cooktop cannot be put into operation.

The system lock is activated.

Deactivate the system lock as described in the operating instructions.

The safety lock is activated.

Deactivate the safety lock in accordance with the operating instructions.

Overheating protection has been triggered.

You can start using the cooking zones again as soon as they have cooled down to a safe level. If the overheating protection is triggered relatively frequently, contact Miele Service.

The breaker in the building’s wiring system has tripped.

Check the breaker in the building’s wiring system. If the problem cannot be resolved, disconnect the appliance from the power supply for approx. 1 minute. To do this, turn off the relevant breaker. Or remove the screw-in fuse completely. Or switch off the residual current device.
