There is something covering one or more sensor controls in the area marked yellow; see image. The cooktop switches off automatically.
If one or more sensor controls in the yellow area are covered, F appears above the On/Off sensor control. The sensor control(s) may get covered, e.g., due to finger contact, food boiling over, or objects being placed on them.
If one or more sensor controls remain(s) covered for more than 10 s, the cooktop switches off. If this happens, the sensor controls stop responding.
Always keep the sensor controls and displays clean.
Do not place objects and/or hot cookware on any part of the electronic control area; see the area marked yellow in the image.
Remove the obstruction and/or the soiling.
The F goes out in the display and the cooktop can be used again normally.
The sensor controls start responding again.
