The drain pump cover is positioned incorrectly.
The drain pump cover is positioned incorrectly in the dishwasher. This may result in the carryover of suds, worsening the wash result.
Remove the lower spray arm.
Rotate the screw thread of the lower spray arm counterclockwise (1) and pull the lower spray arm upward to remove (2).
Remove the filter combination.
Remove the drain pump cover. Proceed as follows:
Press the catch of the drain pump cover inward (1).
Tip the cover inward to release it (2).
Rinse the cover thoroughly under running water and remove any foreign objects.
Reinstall the cover by pushing down.
Ensure that the catch on the cover fully engages.
Make sure that the cover is flush with the edge.
Reinstall the filter combination in the dishwasher.
Ensure that the filter combination lies flat in the base of the wash cabinet.
Reinstall the lower spray arm.
