Support for yourDishwashing

Program taking much longer

The program is taking much longer to complete. Fault messages are being displayed for the AutoDos system and/or the program runtime has increased by 2 hours. The wash result may be unsatisfactory because no detergent has been dispensed. In this case, the AutoDos function is automatically deactivated during the program sequence.

The customer is using the appliance with the advertising insert still inside.

The advertising insert has not been removed.
A PowerDisk has not been inserted, possibly because the customer has assumed that the advertising insert is in fact the PowerDisk.
AutoDos has been activated.

Remove the advertising insert.

Insert a PowerDisk.

Run the program including the additional 2 hours.

A PowerDisk containing only approximately 1 g of powder has been reinserted because the customer has assumed that the remaining amount of detergent will be enough for the next rinse.

A residual amount of powder detergent is always left behind in the PowerDisk.

PowerDisks should be replaced in plenty of time.

Run the program including the additional 2 hours.

The fill channel for dispensing the detergent from the PowerDisk into the wash cabinet is missing.

Reinsert the fill channel.

Run the program including the additional 2 hours.

The PowerDisk holder lever is jamming.

As a result, the appliance is permanently detecting the status as “PowerDisk inserted”, even though a PowerDisk has not been inserted.

AutoDos is not being deselected automatically after closing the lid.

Release the lever; see figure.

Run the program including the additional 2 hours.

Empty cartridge not detected.

The last dose from the dispensing reserve is being signaled correctly but the fact that the reserve is empty is not being detected and the program is ending without a fault.

The display then shows Problem with AutoDos in the next program.

Replace the PowerDisk.

Run the program including the additional 2 hours.

The program is terminating prematurely in combination with the predefined standby procedure.

The PowerDisk was dispensed empty in the last program completed. The fact that it was empty was detected correctly.

If the program is subsequently interrupted manually (with AutoOpen, for example), AutoDos is not deselected automatically.

If the dishwasher is then emptied immediately and refilled with dirty dishware and started again, the fact that the PowerDisk is empty is not being detected before the next program sequence.

After the program has started, the display shows Problem with AutoDos.

Replace the PowerDisk if it is empty.

Run the program including the additional 2 hours.

The fill channel or a spray arm is blocked

Clean the fill channel.

Clean the spray arms.

Run the program including the additional 2 hours.
