White residue on wash items
Clouding has occurred on dishware, glasses, and cutlery after the rinse. The residue can be wiped off.
The salt reservoir is empty.
Add reactivation salt as described in the operating instructions.
The salt reservoir cap has not been screwed on correctly.
Reinstall the cap, making sure that it screws back on correctly.
An unsuitable combination cleaning agent has been used.
Switch to another cleaning agent. Use normal cleaning agent tabs or normal powder detergent.
The water softener setting is too low.
Increase the water softener setting as described in the operating instructions.
