Food too dry

The food is too dry.

An unsuitable operating mode was used.

If this problem occurs, it is better to use the “Surround” operating mode as this transports less air out of the oven compartment.

The set temperature is too low.

Increase the temperature by 25-50°F (10–20°C).

Too much moisture remains in the oven compartment, which means that the food forms a crust too late and dries out more as a result.

If your oven supports the Crisp Function (moisture reduction), switch on the Crisp Function.

Use the “Convection Bake” operating mode as this transports more air out of the oven compartment.

Reduce the temperature by 25-50°F (10–20°C).

When preparing moist food (such as frozen fries), follow the packaging instructions and turn the food over more often to reduce moisture in the oven compartment.

Open the appliance door two to three times during cooking if there is a lot of food or if the food is very moist.
