Food too moist

The food is too moist.

An unsuitable operating mode has been selected.

If this problem occurs, it is better to use the “Convection Bake” operating mode as this transports more air out of the oven compartment.

The set temperature is too high.

Reduce the temperature by 25-50°F (10–20°C).

This causes the pores of the food to close more slowly and allows more moisture to disperse.

Too much moisture remains in the oven compartment.

Turn on the Crisp Function.

When preparing moist food (such as frozen fries), follow the packaging instructions and turn the food over more often to reduce moisture in the oven compartment.

Open the appliance door two to three times during cooking if there is a lot of food or if the food is very moist.
