The oven does not have an adequate power supply and does not meet the voltage requirements to operate correctly.
Please check the voltage requirements and connect the appliance to a correct power supply.

Oven is not reaching/holding temperature
The temperature needs to be adjusted slightly higher.
Turn the mode selector (the knob to the left of the display) to Off.
Touch OK.
Use the left and right arrows under the display to select the settings menu (the symbol with 3 horizontal lines and an arrow).
P will be displayed.
Touch OK.
P 1 will be displayed.
Use the left and right arrows under the display to scroll to P 7.
Touch OK.
The current setting for temperature regulation will be displayed. 0 is the default setting but it can vary between –3 and +3.
Touch the right arrow under the display one time to increase this setting by 1 (e.g., if the current setting is 0, touch the right arrow to increase it to +1).
Touch OK to confirm.
The display will revert to the settings menu and you can continue using the appliance normally.
One of the heater elements, the door seal or door switch is faulty.
