Filter not recognized.
Check that the filter is fitted.
Remove the dust box.
Refit the dust box, making sure it clicks into position.
Repeat this step several times.
The catch of the dust box is worn or broken off, which means that the sensor does not detect the dust box.
The filter needs to be replaced.
