Fault F7

Fault F7 appears on the robot vacuum cleaner display.

An internal system fault is present.

Switch the vacuum cleaner off with the ON/OFF switch. The switch is located on the side of the robot vacuum cleaner.

Switch the vacuum cleaner on again with the ON/OFF switch.

A battery fault has occurred. The battery in the appliance is depleted.

Check the battery display.

  • If the battery display flashes red: Switch the robot vacuum cleaner off and on again at the main switch. If F7 goes out after this but the battery display still flashes red, connect the robot vacuum cleaner to the charging contacts.

  • If the battery display does not flash red: Press and hold the  button for more than 3 seconds.

Recharge the vacuum cleaner’s battery.
