Fault F7 appears on the robot vacuum cleaner display.
Depending on the model, switch the robot vacuum cleaner off with the I/0 switch or the ON/OFF switch. The switch is located on the side of the robot vacuum cleaner.
Depending on the model, switch the robot vacuum cleaner on again with the I/0 switch or the ON/OFF switch.
Use the robot vacuum cleaner at an ambient temperature between 50°F and 95°F (10°C and 35°C).
Check the battery indicator.
The battery indicator flashes red: Depending on the model, switch the robot vacuum cleaner off and on again with the I/0 switch or the ON/OFF switch.
If F7 goes out after this but the battery indicator still flashes red, recharge the vacuum cleaner’s rechargeable battery in the docking station.
The battery indicator is not flashing red: Press the sensor control in the control field of the robot vacuum cleaner for more than 3 seconds.
Recharge the vacuum cleaner’s rechargeable battery in the base station.
RX2 and RX3 – after troubleshooting, the fault message can be reset in the following ways:
Switch the robot vacuum cleaner off and on again (I/0 switch).
Press the Power button on the remote control.
Press the sensor control in the control field of the robot vacuum cleaner for at least 3 seconds.
