There is a fault.
Turn the steam oven off and then back on again.

Fault F196 (DGC xxx0)
Fault F196 (DGC xxx0) is shown on the display of the combi-steam oven. Water could not be pumped away from the oven compartment.
The filter in the oven compartment is dirty.
Clean the filter in order to remove soiling from the holes, allowing water to drain again.
The filter in the floor of the oven compartment is not inserted correctly.
Turn the steam oven off.
Insert the filter correctly.
The curve must point upward; otherwise, it may not be possible for water to flow through the holes at the edge of the filter; see Figure 1 and Figure 2.
Turn the steam oven back on again.
Log your steam oven into your home network with the Miele app.
Perform a software update.
If the fault persists or if you do not want to log your steam oven into the home network, contact Miele Service.
