Float switch housing cover loose in water container

The cover of the float switch housing in the water container of the steam oven/combi-steam oven has come loose.

The float switch cover is not welded correctly.

The cover (2) of the float switch housing (1) in the water container is normally firmly connected to the float switch housing on new appliances.

If the cover has come loose on your new appliance, contact Miele to receive a replacement water container free of charge.
