To protect the steam oven, the fan keeps running until any residual moisture has dissipated. This prevents steam collecting on the control panel and cabinet front when the door is opened.
To reduce the fan run-on time, leave the appliance door open.
Remove and empty the water container located to the right of the oven compartment.
