Moisture on the heater elements
If you use the oven function much less often than the steam oven function, this fault may occur in rare cases. The heater elements cannot dry and the moisture on the heater elements increases. The moisture may cause a fault in the heater element.

Use the oven function regularly to allow the heater elements in the steam oven to dry.
