The network channel is overloaded.
Video streaming apps or similar apps that use high volumes of data can put individual channels of the network under significant strain. The cooktop attempts to send its status to the ventilation hood. Due to the network being overloaded, transmission fails. The cooktop resends its status to the ventilation hood after a time-out. This significantly delays the ventilation hood switching on.
Assign the cooktop and ventilation hood to an alternative channel via the router settings.
Check the network load. The network load indicates the bandwidth consumption on the network. If the network is persistently overloaded, we recommend increasing the bandwidth.
