This is not a fault.
indicates that the door can be opened for you to add/remove laundry. If you do not want to add laundry, you do not need to do anything.
To add laundry, proceed as follows:
Open the door.
Add or remove laundry.
Close the door.
Press the Start/Add laundry sensor control.
