Fabric softener left in compartment

There is fabric softener left behind in the detergent drawer of the washing machine. Water is used to flush powdered and liquid products through during dispensing. It is normal for a small amount of residual water to be left behind in the fabric softener compartment.

The fabric softener is very thick or clumpy.

Unlike detergent, fabric softener has a shelf life of 2 years.

If the fabric softener is very thick or clumpy, this means it is too old. This out-of-date fabric softener should no longer be used.

Remove the remaining fabric softener from the fabric softener compartment within the detergent drawer.

Clean the siphon and fabric softener channel thoroughly.

The washing machine is not aligned correctly.

The washing machine must stand perfectly level on all 4 feet to ensure safe and proper operation.

The 4 adjustable screw feet are used to level the washing machine. All of the feet are screwed in when the machine is delivered.
