The necessary settings for the detergent have not been made when commissioning the appliance for the first time.
Switch on the washing machine and wait until the standard display lights up.
Then touch both arrow buttons until the Settings menu opens.
Use the arrow button to select the “Dispenser unit” menu option and confirm your selection with OK.
Then select “Detergent type/quantity” and press OK again to confirm your selection.
Compartment 1 appears in the display first.
Confirm your selection with OK.
Select the actual type of detergent that is being used from the list and confirm with OK.
The dispensing quantity must then be set on an individual basis. Please set the dispensing quantity according to the information on the detergent packaging, using the details recommended for normally soiled laundry. Use the arrow buttons to make the setting and confirm your selection with OK.
The detergent type and dispensing quantity for compartment 1 have been set.
Repeat this process for compartment 2.
