Since joining Miele Canada in 2011, Eric has been a driving force behind the company's customer-centric approach. As VP, he oversees contact centers, service operations and technical training.
Eric’s robust background includes roles as Director of Customer Service and Operations and National Manager of B2B and B2C Services at Staples Professional & Rogers Communications, and brings a wealth of experience to his current role. He has been instrumental in boosting Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Scores (NPS) while optimizing departmental revenues.
Eric's achievements extend to the development of innovative programs including Miele University and strategic partnerships. His commitment to refining processes and guiding conflict resolution highlights his dedication to holistic growth.
Educated with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Social Science, Eric's active professional development includes continuous training in leadership and coaching. Eric currently sits on the Board of Directors at CSPN.
