Michael Ferreira is a seasoned sales and operations executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in the premium consumer goods and logistics industries. In his role as Vice President of Sales at Miele Canada, Michael is responsible for leading the sales team and managing strategic initiatives, contributing to the company’s continued growth and success as a global leader in premium appliances.
Since joining Miele in March 2010, Michael has held several key positions, including Director of Sales, Regional Sales Manager, and National Training Manager. His notable achievements include designing and implementing innovative training programs and fostering partnerships with prominent retailers. He has also led go-to-market strategies that have resulted in record-breaking sales in Canada. Michael’s expertise in market analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and sales team development has consistently delivered measurable results, such as doubling event attendance and driving significant revenue growth nationwide.
Before joining Miele, Michael held leadership roles at Winners Merchants International, Sysco Foodservices, and Grocery Gateway, where he built a strong foundation in operations and team management. He has successfully reduced costs, enhanced productivity, and leveraged cutting-edge technologies to optimize operations.
