Using the Combi-Broil function on your Miele Combi-Steam Oven, this dish guarantees unparalleled tenderness and culinary delight. The streamlined process and innovative technology alongside the fresh lemon, herbs and savory garlic marinade ensures each bite is a symphony of simplicity and exquisite taste.
Ingredients:
6 skin-on, boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh herbs like oregano, parsley, dill, thyme
½ tsp red chili flakes
2 Tbsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp kosher salt
2 tsp black pepper
1/3 cup olive oil
Preparation:
- In the bowl of a food processor, blend together the lemon juice, chili flakes, herbs, garlic, salt and pepper. Drizzle in the olive oil. Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts and marinate in the refrigerator for up to 4 hours.
- Lay the pieces of chicken on a parchment-lined tray, and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Preheat the Combi-Steam Oven to Convection Bake/425°F.
- Once the oven is preheated, reset the oven to: Operating Modes/Combination Mode/Convection Bake. Set the Oven Temperature to 425°F, Moisture Level to 60% and the time to 16 - 20 minutes (depending on the size of the chicken breasts). Add another cooking stage: Select Combi-Broil. Input 5 minutes for Duration, Level 3 and 0% Moisture Level.
- Once the program has finished, allow the chicken to rest for 5 to 10 minutes. Slice into 3 pieces against the grain for serving.
